I've been dealing with the fort Collins office for almost a year. Very rude staff. I was put on a waiting list for a CPAP machine. I kept calling every couple months and they said I was number nine on the list for 6 months. I called a couple months ago they said I was number four on the list. Then I called a few weeks ago they said I was back to number nine on the list because they take priority patients over non-severe patients. They also informed me that they had not received one CPAP machine since september. I called LINCARE and they get CPAP machines in weekly. I called my physician and she immediately sent referrals to lincare. I now have a CPAP machine.

I was referred by my doctor to Jennifer at Columbine Medical Equipment in Fort Collins. My doctor faxed over the prescription and I called a couple days later. That was on April 5, then again on April 6. I left messages both days for Jennifer to call me. Three weeks later I have not received a call back or any indication of a future call. For a Medical Equipment facility this is outrageous when patients need attention. I have since gone elsewhere and gotten wonderful care. I wouldn't recommend Jennifer to anyone!!

I have been working with Jess for awhile now and she has been there to support me every step of the way. She has shown me that I can go to her with problems and she will always help me find a solution, even though she is not a doctor. She cares about her community and always puts others needs before her own! She has made my life a lot less stressful since moving my handicap father. She was able to provide me with all the tools I needed and went the extra mile of showing me things I never thought were necessary! Hemi walker, toilet riser, bed side table and many many more things! I’m so thankful to have a local place to lean on when I need help that other places have not been able to provide me. Jess has truly been a life saver and I will be requesting her every time I go in. Overall amazing service!

Stacey is AMAZING!! Can't speak highly enough of her. I had been looking for medical supplies for a week with no luck anywhere, super frustrating. I call Columbine Medical Equipment and get the pleasure of chatting with Stacey. The company didn't have the equipment I needed but Stacey went above and beyond and found a place that DID carry what I needed. She needs a raise, paid vacation, employee of the month With the best parking possible. If more customer service would be like Stacey the world would be a better place. You Rock!!
