I have been a patient for 5 years. I have been treated with the utmost respect from everyone I've worked with. I have very serious health issues and the team of doctors that support me are amazing! They are compassionate, patient, professional and listen to me. They also always know my chart when they see me. I rarely have to reiterate any of my health information. I know there are areas that need work i.e. the phone system, but I think they are always working to make their systems better. The website is great for making appointments so that you can get help faster. Anyway, as I've read of the different comments I felt it important for anyone reading, that it's best to make your own mind up about Clinica Family Health. Because your experience may be just as wonderful as mine.

The staff is truly horrible. They call you to make an appointment for the lab, you come to your appointment and they tell you they don’t accept appointments to get a doctors note when it should already be in the system. Another patient stands up and they also were called to make an appointment and the nurse begins to argue instead of just checking her system. This is not the first time I have a negative experience this is just not a good clinic don’t recommend coming here
