We are scheduled for trash pickup every 2 weeks. And we are constantly skipped. Every other month they skip us for 6 weeks before we start calling and asking for them to come by. We are told we will be refunded for the last x amount of weeks and typically we never see that refund and end up not having our trash picked up for another 2 weeks. The service started off well but has become horrible.

They raise the prices - then in the same week they don't pick up the recyclables? Seriously? I wouldn't be too fussed about the increase if recyclable pickup wasn't a recurring problem, but it is. I have been using these guys for 8 years and notice it maybe 5-6ish times/year, which doesn't sound like much until you consider they only pick up 26 times/year. I see from other people's feedback that it's a common problem for this company in general

We have been customers for many many years, and over the past weeks have been terrible. We have a commercial bin and one week they didn't come my husband called 3xs that week, they said they would have someone come by right away. I called again and they said they never told him that, that they had said they would come on Sat, basically implying that my husband was either lying or misunderstood. Then said said it was because we had tree parts in the trash, which we had before with the commercial bin, but alas we removed it. The people on the phone are dismissive about the legitimate concerns. Over the past 2 weeks they have not come pick up the trash, they are not answering the phone and have a message they have a delay due to labor day, but as I said it has been 2 weeks! This review is more for the owner, as we have seen him personally come get the trash and we don't want to bad mouth a small business, but you need better people answering the phones, not lying to people. If there are staffing issues just say that, instead of threading customers along with false information.
