Hi! I was a CNA here through the agency and I really liked this facility. The place is clean, the regular staff members are wonderful, the administration is really good at handling tough situations, and most of all, the residents are the best. They’re very sweet and some of them will really crack you up and I loved the time I got to spend with them. I really enjoyed everything about this place. Definitely would recommend this place.

I worked here as an agency nurse until recently. They strive to provide patient centered, high level care which takes each persons family, culture, and needs into consideration. Their role model is the compassion of Christ, and they also care for and show great consideration to nursing and other staff. The reason I no longer work there is simply that they filled their positions with locally available professionals, so my services through agency were no longer needed. They follow CDC guidelines for Covid 19 and other isolation requirements to reduce or prevent cross contamination and Reinfection. Beautiful small village, quiet quaint neighborhood with a lovely outdoor area for residents and patients to enjoy fresh air and sunshine, essential elements in wellness and healing. I’ve worked at many nursing facilities during my 30 years in the medical field, and I highly recommend Berthoud Care & Rehabilitation for your loved ones who need short, moderate, or long term care, including hospice and end of life palliative services the family is not able to provide at home.

Nice Home town atmosphere. Staff is friendly and helpful. Theraphy/Rehabilitation is top shelf. Good place to rehab after surgery. Food is surprisingly very Good.
