This was our 4th stay at RRC and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. We keep coming back because of the wonderful owners, location, and the cabins. It's only a few miles from downtown Estes yet feels like you are a hundred miles away from everything. We love James and Jeanine and will be back. I consider it my happy place so I got a tattoo of their logo on this trip!

Amazing! Loved every moment of staying here. The hosts were absolutely amazing and kind, the views were gorgeous, and the wild life abundant. Definitely recommend staying here and checking out the hike behind the cabins!

We really enjoyed our stay at Rustic River Cabins. We stayed in a clean, well maintained cabin with a private hot tub on a beautiful ruver-front property. James was right there when we arrived to give us a great orientation and make us aware of everything we needed to know to enjoy our stay there. The property is beautifully located along the Big Thompson River, away from the crowded city properties, but only a four or five min. drive from Estes Park. We loved staying here.

You should be able to rent a room at 18, but you will need some kind of card to reserve it, and for incidentals. The cabin owners may have their own policy, but generally at 18 you are allowed, unless there is a mini bar in the room. Which, in this case there is not. I'd call the owners.
Yes, however outdoors only. Colorado law prohibits smoking indoors.
Yes 2, one is a 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, the other is a 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom.
