Is there a waiting list and how long?

I am from Cleveland Ohio and come to Cape Coral/ Fort Myers 2-4 x a year to visiT family and I’m on methadone maintenance: so I have to guest dose when I leave Cleveland (my clinic) and dose here in Florida. I have never had any trouble - they’ve always been very accommodating even tho they’re LITERALLY 10 x busier with 100’s more patients than my oh clinic. It is costly for me due to my insurance not accepted in Florida. But I have only seen progress and sobriety on this MAT PROGRAM for myself and my addiction. If nothing else works for you - try MAT CLINICS - I mean you can always return back to using. Nobody will stop you! I personally have 4 plus years uninterrupted sobriety got custody of my son back (full), can afford my bills ( barely lol) , be a mom to 3, and have and hold a job now.

Staff are very friendly, (while they’re there) but the counselors move on to the next job fast. It feels like they get the counseling job and move on to the next job too fast. So, if you have a long term problem, like me, you get attached to a new counselor too often. It's hard getting close to someone, who you think, cares about you, and maybe does, for the time they’re there, but for us it's not a job. For the addicts that actually need this place they should maybe gauge each individual Rating them by how long they think they might be there and give them a counselor that is going to be there for a while or is just passing through or maybe someone, compared to someone else who doesn't need the help as much as others more than somebody else that doesn't. Its hard letting someone in over and over again whenyoudon'tevenhavefamilyand they still treat you like a number which you have to tell them your number when you walk in. But overall they are a very great clinic compared to others which I have been to. They are professional and understanding and work with you. I even payed off a 1400.00 balance i owed. 5 stars but no one's perfect.

Counselor there completely lie to the patients faces. They only care about money. They could careless about helping people. Ive never seen such a poorly run facility.

You'll end up deteriorating if u stay on it too long or life. Recovery suboxone is the best of all. They dont care the dose n how long it's all a $$$ maker for them. Methadone is the only one that's covered for ins. Somebody got an answer for that one n why subs cost more than ya can afford. $30 cash each sub n they wont do take homes on that. I have a dr a real dr now n I've not been happier with where I am n I'm not a walking zombie or a death patient waitin to just sleep n not wake up. It's worse than the fetynol poison n ik a person who went as a cancer patient n the can certainly didnt kill her the autopsy showed she had twice the amount of methadone in her than she should have n she said at 40 I dont wana die I'm living n this is guna kill me over cancer n it sure did. I miss her she woulda gone to dr but she wasnt steered in right direction she was told go to clinic they give u anything g u want n yep. 40mgs she was ok n 200 she was bumped too n 3 months after she was gone.
They do not take Blue Cross/ Blue Shield. Depends on you income and if you qualify for funding.
Nowhere. They close at 10 am on Sat & Sun. Always watch holidays too. Stay strong 💪

Right now there is new front staff that do a great job but due to Covid they are down to 2 front office girls that are doing their best. If you are in need of help call and someone will assist you.
I think they are, but call you have to make an appointment
Roughly it is about $105 a week but we do have funding available if you qualify.
At this time they do not take walk-ins. If you need help call to be added to their waiting list.
They are open on Saturdays from 5:30 to 10 and closed on Sundays
Operation Par hours are as follows: Monday thru Friday: Early Dosers (need to show proof of employment): 5:30 to 11:30 Regular Dosers: 6:30 to 11:30 Saturdays: 5:30 to 10 Sundays: Closed
Depends on your situation but if you are trying to keep up with your payments then yes they will work with you and let you dose.
They will accept your out of state license and the cost is $105 weekly depending on your income. There is funding available for those who qualify
They do not do intakes on the weekends, Only Monday thru Friday before 10 am.
They do not take cash on the weekends. Money orders or cards are accepted.

To become a new patient to Par you have to call and get on the waiting list. They do intakes at the North Fort Myers location then you can go to the Alico location to dose after that if you prefer.
You will be dosed the same day you do your intake.

You can guest dose at any Par location. You have to contact your councilor to let them know which Par you will be going to and for how long you will be dosing at that location.
They no longer do intakes on the weekends
Heather Jo I wish I would have got on here sooner and saw your question. I hope you got in. I hope you are doing well and most of all I hope your healthy and sober. Be strong.
Place blows
Theres a good chance they do there was only two on list they didn't take an i dont think it was one those. Id go in first thing on Monday and u will dose the next morning.
You have to see the doctor and sometimes it can be on the first day but not likely. You'll probably have to keep using in between your first appointment and your 2nd.
They will give you what the Dr thinks will be the best for you.
Par does Suboxone too.
It's $99/week but they offer a program available in 3 month intervals for low income patients where you can pay a little less than half the normal rate.
Not sure if u ever got an answer BUT... ur counsellor at PAR SHOULD be able to help u with that hun. 😉 Hope this was helpful. God bless &good luck!
You need to call the Pine Island Road Clinic and they can give you the address to the satellite Clinic in Fort Myers that you're talking about, okay.
Right now intake is on Tuesdays and Thursdays before 10am. Call to be added to the waiting list for help.
They accept most Florida Medicaid and Medicare and yes they do take homes if you qualify.
Depends on Insurance and if you qualify for funding.
