I recently rented an SUV for a weekend getaway. The employees at Bedford Enterprise were courteous on the phone and in person. The vehicle was in great condition and performed well on the trip. I would highly recommend them for your next road trip.

I usually have a very good experience with Enterprise and although the customer service was very good, the car I received was not to the standards I expect from Enterprise. It had several large stains in the back seat and both front seats had stains as well. It didn't have any issues, just much more dirty than I would expect when renting a car.

Funny thing. When you guys give my car rental.... Am a nonsmoker... But when you told me not to smoke or have any pet in your car.....the first thing I smell is cigarettes ....hum. not happy....window glass was so dirty that I had to wipe down my self too See clearly. Also no floor mats....and a hole in carpet at the driver seat... Not happy at all....

Love the new location. Staff is friendly & helpful. Also like that they price match, and would be even better if corporate would offer the same AARP benefit of waiving additional driver fee that another company does. One issue I did have was that had I not called the morning of my reservation to confirm, I would not have got the vehicle type I reserved. I reserved a mini van. When I called, they did not have it. I was offered other options but that is what I specifically wanted. I do appreciate the fact that they managed to get one there before my pick up time. The point is, had I waited, I would have been out of luck. I think a way to avoid this situation in the future is to possibly have a log to check each morning to make sure they have the inventory reserved available so the customer does not have to do it. Being open Sundays would also be huge, in order to avoid charges for an extra day. Just offering ways for improvement. This all being said, I still would recommend this company and location.

Rates vary depending on model and availability. You will have to see what's available at the interprise your renting from. It will tell you on website what's available and price per day.
They have a drop off for keys
It depends on size of car. I had a Toyota and it was less than $100/day. Really nice to work with for rentals.
Reserve a car on enterprise.com ASAP to make sure they will have a car for you. If you don't, they probably won't. The fees are based on what kind of car & you can find out on the website. There is also a drop fee for one-way rentals.
Credit card. They may let you pay cash for the damage deposit ($200 I think), but I always use a credit card. You also have to be 25 years of age or older.
Cargo vans, cars, pickup trucks. Just rented a nice F150. Talk to Emily or Shon. Super nice to work with.
