No, you cannot. They only really allow fishing as far as I know. You can definitely paddle board at spots in Horsetooth Reservoir.

If you were to walk all the way around, staying on paths closest to the water, it would be just about a mile. That's an estimate, there's three "sides" to the lake, mulberry, which borders for a third of a mile, Sheldon, just under a third of a mile, and Bryan, just a bit over a third.
Well into the fall. Semesters rock Fort Collins an increased 20000 population. And they are college students.
Have grills there
First come first served
Yes ypu can grill but it has to be at one of the grill sites you cant set a grill up next to the lake. And you only have to pay if you want to guarantee that spot. If no one has reserved that particular spot its first come first serve. (Or if you have very large parties I think 25+)
