Being right off M-59, it’s apparently a hot spot for vehicle theft & catalytic converter theft. Unfortunately we’ve experienced both in within three days of each other likely due to the lack of any cameras in the parking lots.

Shawn is the best property manager I have ever worked with. She is kind, helpful, and is willing to do whatever she can for her residents. Burwick Farms is a clean and family friendly community and I will always recommend anyone to stay here.

Shawn has been an incredible manager to work with going above and beyond to care for her tenants, and to help answer questions and resolve any concerns that arise. Burwick apartments are well kept and the neighborhood is a pleasant one. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for something affordable and comfortable, in a great area with a great management team!
