The rooms are spacious and clean. Boys enjoyed the pool. Gym is available 24/7. We loved the club house. Overall, We had great time in the town court.

I gave the company a 1 star because my interactions with the property manager Cheyenne were very unpleasant. Cheyenne was not customer friendly, had no willingness to help, and a very bad attitude. The only positive was my interaction with Garret Winn. He was very pleasant and customer focused, he took his time to set up my Dwelo app. He walked me through the application process. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me. He’s a very nice young man. However, the property itself is very nice and clean with a great aroma smell throughout the building smells very fresh and new. The Apartments are very small reminds me of a Westin Hotel. There are not any amenities for the rent cost. The master bathroom is very small and compact. I would not recommend anyone that’s has a family to move here. I really wouldn’t recommend anyone for the cost of rent is extremely high. They never offer any special when it was time to move in the Newly renovated apartments. Thing appliance and maintenance issues already things are not working properly and breakdown. The whole setup here is very disappointing. I can’t wait until my lease up.

Disappointed with the management at Town Court. There is a lack of information upon receiving and applying to this complex. Application just to apply is $350 and you will be turned down if you don’t make 3x income for the rent. (This was not ever stated up front) It is unfortunate co signers are not accepted and there are no negotiations or communication from management during this process. If this was mentioned prior to the application process, this could’ve easily been fixed by adding a signer/another person to the apartment, selecting a different unit, etc. I would recommend discussing these items up front as a part of the process. Further, as I was close to the 3x threshold, I offered to pay 100% of the rent upfront for the year. (No negotiation) Once contacting after the decline, I could not get anyone to return my call at the leasing office or Beztak management. I am a young professional with a great job history at a nearby workplace, great credit, and would have appreciated communication in good faith prior to, during and after the approval process.
