The person I spoke to gave me an honest assessment. I called to inquire whether they could fix my printer. After gathering more information on the model of the printer and the issue it was having; the person informed me of my options. Although they could've provided further evaluation, the person I spoke with concluded it would be cheaper to buy a new printer as opposed to repairing it. I appreciated his time and honesty.

Excellent service and communication. We were greeted promptly and we were listened to regarding the computer problem. Everything was explained regarding solution and price. I highly recommend Wencol. I have never had to use a computer repair shop before so I didn't know what to expect. I would have to say if you need a repair this would be the place to go. Spencer is super friendly he explained the pros and cons of fixing my daughter's laptop that had been in a soda mishap and would not turn on. The next day it was fixed and it works perfectly now. The price was reasonable and the work was done fast... What more could you ask for😁 I totally recommend Wencol Inc.👍
