The shed itself is fine. I was told it would be painted. I had my shed build nearly a year ago. I also ordered a shelf which is the incorrect size. I have called at least a dozen times and have used the online support portal as well. I continue to get the run around and continue to be told someone will call me back. It never happens. Extremely poor follow up and customer service for something so simple which I’ll probably end up doing myself. Stay away.

This company seems pretty good to start with - they have pretty good google reviews which is definitely something I read before I buy. The shed is pretty nice overall, definitely more expensive than their competitors. My problem starts when the installers left. They were supposed to come back and finish up the shed with a final coat of paint because it was too cold to paint it when they installed it in my yard. That was almost a year ago. I have called multiple times and left messages, as well as emailed several times with no response. At this point I am going to call my shed "partially finished". I think it would be great if I didn't have to resort to google to get the management's attention but I should not have had to call more than once to set up a follow up appointment. I hope this review helps anyone who is looking to have a completed shed on their property. *9/15/22 editing review to 3 stars from 1. It took a year and a half and many phone calls, but the shed has finally been painted and looks nice. I think it's a good quality shed and believe the company is making steps in the right direction.

We payed cash for a tough shed that was about 10 x 10 4500 dollars we had the slab installed and they pulled the permit for the slab Batash outside if they pulled the permit it would be an additional $310 over the permit cost is 90 dollars. The grist date they called and said there was an accident and those things happen and I’m glad that everybody was all right, but on the second time they came to the install the shed . They didn’t have the bolts the city required they didn’t have enough drip edge they didn’t have the vent cover I can’t call for a inspection and the manger who sold us the shed won’t return phone calls and they left paint on my walk way the total for the shed was 7000 dollars not including the permit I pulled. Thanks to Brad the regional manager from Tuff shed and Josh a manager from the local Home Depot in Canton Ford Road I was able to get this resolved and completed thank you to both of them

My highest praises for working with Tuff Shed. Your sales team (Robert Sheridan) was great to work with, made valuable recommendations along the way, and was patient with me since we selected some custom features to match the shed to our house. The install team did not disappoint. Anthony and Patrick were cheerful and made sure that the fine details were attended to. They even made a small change to my loft to offer me the greatest amount of storage room. I'm extremely happy with the finished product, and would definitely recommend Tuff Shed.
