No one is working the floor, but there were three employees sitting behind the register, just talking and laughing and I could barely see them with the counter being so high. Their signs aren't right either. Went there for a ponytail, they have a ponytail isle but the sign was wrong, so I spent 15 minutes looking for them.

I have been going to this beauty supply store for years but ever since they moved to the new location I stopped going. They have a large selection of products but the female behind the counter is rude and has no interpersonal skills. She should not be working there. I will take my business elsewhere even though I have to drive farther.
