My husband and I just purchased a GV80 from Genesis of Loma Linda. We had been looking all over the state for the exact color scheme and trim that we wanted, and Genesis of Loma Linda had it. I submitted an inquiry online and Chris immediately got back to me and offered a nice discount. He said that he would put me in contact with Mike Jacobs from their sales team. The next day, Mike contacted me and answered all of my questions. He was knowledgable, friendly, and transparent right from the beginning. Mike was very patient with me, promptly answering my many questions via text message as quickly as he could. Once all of our questions were answered, we set up an appointment for my husband and I to fly to southern California the following weekend from Gilroy to pick up our new vehicle. When we arrived, the sales team was waiting for us. We felt like we were listened to, all of our concerns were addressed, and we felt comfortable and confident with our purchase. I can't express enough how pleasant our experience was; from my initial contact with Chris, to working with Mike, Reza, and finally our encounter with Sal in finance. They truly made us feel like family and made sure that all of our needs were met. We are so thrilled with our experience here and will definitely fly out of town again to do business with Mike and the team again when it comes time to purchase our next vehicle.

I drove 15 miles to an appointment that I thought I had at 9:30 for my 2015 Genesis and I was told to wait and then they said they didn't have me scheduled and then they said it'll be probably at the end of the week when I can pick it up I called in advance a week ago to prepare for this appointment and I told him I would wait for it because it's just my blind side detection system crazy never go to them again I'll find somewhere else I don't recommend them they've taken on too much work that they can't handle I don't know how good there work is, but they lost the customer I have to go to Corona now to make sure that I get my car properly diagnosed and serviced!

I left wallet in my car, but I believed that Noone will touch it. Unfortunately when I checked my wallet, all my $100 dollar bills had gone, it was total $800. Loma Linda genesis service has provided me with such a poor service in the past as well. About 4 month ago, I asked to check my tire which seemed to be warn out. Hannah, customer woman in the service department told me it looked fine. About a week later, the tire was exploded in the freeway and I had to call triple A to replace with the spare tire. I also told Hannah and service department many times that my car(genesis 90) had very unusual strong noise after I turned the engine off. They told me that it is normal that radiator made it cool down the car. I decided to take another genesis service in Corona, they found it there was some part was loosened up and it was dislodged and cranked up the engine and made the car overheated. I took this noise which lasted more than a minute, made video clip and showed the lima linda genesis, but they refused to inspect my car, which is still under warranty. It seemed like they didn't want to spend any time and extra cost because my car was still under warranty. As a result, genesis USA recommended to use genesis Corona and they fixed my car right away. I have trusted loma linda genesis service but I am so disappointed with their poor service and stole my money out of my wallet. I asked Chris, service department manager to call me back, but he never called me back even after I reported that someone in the service department stole my money. It seems like he doesn't even have concern for this incident. I rather wants to talk to the owner of the loma linda genesis if he is interested in improving very poor service of loma linda genesis.
