The customer service was spectacular!

I was not greeted by a single employee or asked if I needed help for the 10-15 minutes I was in the store. Two employees stood directly in front of the display of channel cologne that I came to purchase and ignored me while they discussed the product. I worked for Ulta beauty for around 4 years and worked at this location specifically. I have never seen such a poor display of customer service at ulta like I did today. The store has gone down in quality and care significantly and today reminded me why I don’t spend my money on a company like this anymore.

Too Late

The customer service I received from Ariela was amazing! I had assistance on the floor from someone else that was very helpful but when I got to the checkout desk I had additional questions and she took her time to explain everything. She was so patient and funny. I hope she becomes the master trainer for that store and is recognized by management for her awesome customer service. I usually shop online but based off the experience I had today I will certainly shop in the store. I walked out feeling like Rihanna 😊.
