I spent almost 45 minutes waiting around just to buy a screen protector. I told the employee exactly which one I needed and that I didn't need it installed. Meanwhile the employees helped people that walked in after I did. 3 different people ended up walking out because there were no available employees to even check them in, let alone help them.

It’s ridiculous how you need to make an appointment just to come see them. Why close so early then? The time they close doesn’t give people who work late enough time to go to the store and make an appointment. That’s unacceptable.

Very good service. Tech working on my phone noticed the screen protector he had already installed was the incorrect one for the phone I purchased, didn't think twice about taking it off and looking for the correct screen protector and reinstalling.
