As a matter of policy, we have installed some restrictions on the usage of our outdoor spaces. This includes restrictions on fireworks and bringing pets to the venue. However, we can make special arrangements to include pets in your ceremony. Additionally, smoking is permitted only in designated areas on the property
Of course, you can hold your wedding ceremony indoors. VenueTen offers an entirely different experience for those who want their special day at our wedding and event venue. We are one of the rare event properties that have an indoor event space. Our event space also gives you access to our state-of-the-art sound system with incredible lighting opportunities, including up-lighting and image mapping on the building, which means you can create anything from a laid-back atmosphere to a club atmosphere, or anything in between.
The weather in the Coachella Valley is almost always favorable for outdoor events, However, in case of rain or inclement weather, we have our 5000 square foot climate-controlled indoor event space where everything can be moved inside if necessary. Having this indoor space is one of the amenities that make our property a prime location for events in the desert.
Of course! We will work with your host hotels to arrange shuttle service for your guests and you. Some hotels may offer this service at no charge, while others provide the service for an additional fee.
Let us know what you would like moved where and we will do our best to work with you to plan the layout of your event as you would like. In most cases, all furnishings can be shifted or moved to accommodate your event goals.

Yes, definitely! Our venue offers a variety of event areas that will ensure you can find the perfect space for any occasion, including multiple choices for where you can hold a wedding ceremony, reception, and cocktail hour.
We will work with your vendors to ensure that your day comes together smoothly so in most cases, deliveries may be made starting at early as 9 am. Move is to be completed by midnight, but there may be the opportunity to offer move out the next morning at no additional charge.
We provide general cleaning of the grounds and event spaces, but your caterer and other vendors are responsible for clearing tables, cleanup of the kitchen area, and trash removal.
Our event space allows you to not have to worry about the size of a dance floor because it features a wall-to-wall marble floor and ample amounts of room so that you don't need to acquire a separate dance floor.
We allow candles in certain outdoor areas, but they still must be enclosed by glass votives or hurricane lamps, so all open flames are covered. No candles are allowed in our indoor areas.

No, we do not require you to use any caterer however, our preferred caterer is Kitchen 86 which is located nearby in Palm Desert. You are free to select the caterer of your choice, as long as they are licensed and insured to do business as a caterer.
Venueten has more than enough space to accommodate both bands and DJs for weddings, events, and social gatherings held on our estate.
You may use any of our chair and table inventory you would like when you have an event at Venueten at no additional charge. Our inventory includes 125 white folding chairs, 15 6-foot rectangular tables, 14 high-top tables, and 2 movable service bars.
Yes, we furnish heaters and umbrellas upon your request. Also, you can also enjoy Casa de Lujo's fire pit. We can move move pool umbrellas for shade and place where you want.
Definitely! We believe that food trucks can add a fun element to your event and we welcome any trucks as long as they are licensed and insured.
VenueTen can easily accommodate as many as 30 cars. If you need to park additional vehicles, we can make arrangements with nearby parking areas for your event.
Casa de Lujo's overnight accommodates includes 7 bedrooms that can sleep up to 24 people. The Lujo Villa has 5 bedrooms and can sleep up to 16 people.
We only schedule one wedding or event per day, so you won’t feel rushed or have to share the facility with another event. Mostly our venue is rented out for three days or a week at a time. We are experiencing the trend that couples and groups are using our estate as a "getaway" time because all of the amenities that our property offers.
Yes, we are very close to the Coachella and Stagecoach festivals. The concert grounds are just 9 1/2 miles away, approximately a 25 minute drive from our estate.
