Every time I make an “appointment,” I have to wait between 30 minutes to an hour. As a busy mom, I rarely have time spend on myself and the time I do have, I don’t want to spend waiting for an appointment I already made. This nail salon does not value their client’s time and I am done giving them a chance.

I had a horrible experience here. I had to wait over 2 1/2 hours to get my nails done. They left me soaking for so long my skin is now peeling. My shape is not correct and they got paint all over my hands and didn’t remove it. Will not be coming back

He brings the towels just to dry? That sounds unlikely. I go there often and they seem to use normal hygiene protocols.
They have organic nail polishes you can choose. And organic scrubs.
Get the powder dip in lieu of acrylic. It is less evasive for your nails and last long (3) weeks
