First time I've ever ended a massage early and walked out. Kept telling them "no" and "stop touching my back" but they wouldn't. I asked for a foot massage, specified and clearly told them I just want feet and legs. After asking them to stop four seperate times I just said "No, I'm done", stopped the massage and got dressed to leave. Feel worse than when I walked in. They have a communication issue.

So my husband and I went for a couples deep tissue massage! We get there and get placed in the room right away. It took them 15 minutes to actually come in the room to start massaging us. I thought maybe they were running late. These people left the room 4x for 5 minutes each time! That’s 20 minutes cut out of our 60 minutes! They didn’t even give a good massage! It felt like they were rubbing us down in oil the whole time! No massage was actually given! The guy was “massaging” my feet with a massage roller! The lady that was massaging my husband her phone kept going off! How rude! I come here every couple of months and never had this experience! I always tip $20 each person when they give massages! I told my husband they are not getting a tip! On the way out they made us give them a tip so we tipped $10 (5 each) they got mad! Smh! Time to find a new place!!!

We searched on groupon for a couples massage and found this as it was close to our apartment at the time. We for a couples massage and it was not relaxing at all, it felt uncomfortable undressing even with my bf there. We were guided downstairs in a dark basement with no music into this room with two beds. I’ve always imagined a nicer massage room than this. also he had the girl masseuse and i had the guy masseuse, I am not sure why they wouldn’t give him the guy and me the girl? No matter, it was happening and we received a very light massage on our backs, arms, and hands. I think oil or lotion was used too. We did not need massages on our arms or hands. Well we waited for it to be over, got dressed and went upstairs with them, they handed us little paper water cups and waited for their tips. Now we are standing in awkward silence. We tipped them and and once we left we started looking for a better place to go to. Take my advice and do not use groupons for massages because you get what you pay for lol
