The Manager is fantastic. My wife’s car needed a battery and they not only suggested and sold me a good one, but they installed it for me also. I was on crutches and couldn’t have done it but myself! I’m a physician as well as a business owner. I would give this Mananger a raise!!

They don't seem to know what they are doing. New crew everytime you walk in. Suppose the manager sits in the back relaxing because these guys had to go back there like 3 times asking for help or questions answered. They couldn't figure out a battery or alternator test! Gesh... pretty much a top service there, right? Oh well, plenty other Oriellys

Had asked a question about seat covers and they said idk if we have “integrated seat covers never looked, but we should” never even offered to help or to come check inventory to assure. There was no body else in the store

This place is awesome and most of the employees are extremely knowledgeable and welcoming to the store. I also appreciate that they offer a military service discount. So my wife needed to get a new battery for her car. Since when does a car battery cost close to $190? They had to order her "special battery" to the store. It arrived the following day as promised. 2 gentleman installed it for her. PROS/ excellent customer service. Knowledgeable staff. Clean environment. Use of store tools on site. CONS/ price. No staff or customers were wearing masks or sanitized between customer transactions. I get it, auto part store not serving food.
