After countless years of NOT going to a Salon, I decided to treat myself despite really disliking the process of having to set up an appointment and being social (due to social awkwardness on my part). To set up the appointment I left a voice message with my details... easy! Loved that, I could talk to machines all day. Sandy reached out to me about my request via text. Oh lord have mercy was that lovely. The actual appointment went amazing. I got there early, Sandy was already waiting for me and we got right to it. You know how I said I was socially awkward? Well yeah, I still was but Sandy was incredibly sweet, kind and patient. She immediately made me feel at ease. You know how you sometimes get your hair done and then hate it for the first week? Or can't wait to go home to "fix" the styling yourself? Well, that wasn't the case here. I love my hair cut and I loved my styling. I was so sad when I had to wash my hair. Sandy also had the great kindness of double checking with me by what I meant with what I wanted for my hair cut, and good thing she did because what I wanted was entirely different than what I had said. So, if you want kind, professional, and capable service, I recommend 'A Fox' and Sandy!

Tanya is amazing ! When I say I came in looking a mess mean it, had old blue left in my hair and orange from trying to get it out. Not only did she fix it (which was very hard to do) but she did an amazing job. The cut is amazing to! You will walk out of here feeling like a brand new person.
