I went to the Instant Care here and was very happy with the treatment. The nurse followed up with me multiple times over the phone to make sure I got what I needed.

Center is combo City of Chicago and Catholic Charities, have not heard of any scholarships or grants but you can touch base with Lisa, the manager to see. Also, you might try AARP for directions
