Courteous and helpful Doctors, Staff, Nurses and CN's . They are very compassionate towards residents. Elevate Care was always kept very clean. The staff always greeted me with a smile. You can trust them with your loved ones.

This review is well overdue. However, I think that this Elevate deserves to be spotlighted for their awesome services. I have been caring for my grandmother for 8 years, so I am very hands on and over protective of her quality care. My grandmother is 68 years old, and this was her first time ever being away from me for a month. When my grandmother was transitioned to this location after being hospitalized for COVID, I was so concerned and nervous from previous reviews I had read. My grandmother stayed at this location for a month, and during her stay we did experience some issues. However, I was able to contact the facility assistant Vice President, Amanda and speak to her about my concerns and she addressed them right away. I love how attentive Amanda was with me. She never made any excuses, but instead went into solving my concerns. She would send me a text and call me to check in on me and my grandmother. I am so thankful for her. I had the opportunity of visiting my grandmother twice a week, and my grandmother had nothing but positive things to say about the staff and nurses here. My grandmother also loved receiving PT services here, because the PT was so kind, patient and caring towards her. Thank you so much everyone! I would highly recommend this facility and their services. Thank you so much for providing exceptional care to my grandmother.
