So much more than cheese! So many cheese-adjacent products that you can eat there or easily take home with you if you’re on vacation, including a variety of alcohol and fresh-made sandwiches. We got a cheese plate for two that includes three cheeses of your choice, dried fruit, and crackers for only $20. Tammy was wonderful and she gave us honest and helpful guidance for helping us choose what cheese we were looking for. We had euphoria, moses sleeper, and a raspberry ale cheddar. All incredible and unique especially if you like funkier and sharper cheeses.

I really wanted to love this place because it was so quaint and was filled with people at lunch time it must be good right? I had the prosciutto with provolone sandwich and roasted tomatoes on focaccia $8.25 with their Original House dressing. I'm not a saucy sandwich kind of person but I figured since they sell bottles of their sauce it has to be good? So the prosciutto was so dry that it was so salty and the texture of jerky, the provolone was just sort of there and the sauce was basically mayo with Dijon mustard. The sauce was spread fairly thick but the focaccia was stale and tasteless and didn't soak up any of it. I also got their peanut butter and jelly sandwich for $4 in case I got hungry later on the long drive home and it was an extremely small sandwich. I finished it in about 6 bites and the bread is soft but very thin and was pretty smashed in the wrapping. The place was extremely busy and they had 1 person taking made to order sandwich orders which did not make any sense to me and 1 cashier. Perhaps they are short staffed but I wouldn't mind the wait if the sandwiches were worth the wait and they definitely were not. Downstairs is a wine shop that was fairly expensive but convenient if you want to drink some wine and sit outside. They offered a deli area and specialty packaged goods like oils, chips, beer, pasta, sauces, etc. Staff was super friendly but I wouldn't come back at least for the sandwiches.

This place is great, they have great food, and a lot of homemade items like various kinds of dressings, honey and jams. They have an outdoor seating area, which is a great place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. I had a corned beef sandwhich which had some spicy mustard, I cant handle much spice but other than, it was great! Great place to hangout and enjoy the weather and food

I had super high hopes for The Cheese Shop, and I was disappointed. The only reason I’m giving it three stars is because the market was pretty neat. The sandwiches are sub-par and you only get to choose meat and cheese with mayo, mustard, or house dressing. I wish they would include lettuce and tomato, or at least something else. In addition to that, they don’t really give you a lot of meat. Also, the drinks in their cooler were just above room temperature. I wouldn’t visit this place again.

I don't have that
Probably not
Fresh mozzarella yes They may shred cheddar for a customer.
You know you arent asking them directly here, right? They might but you need to call them directly to inquire.
Yes they do. I called and asked. They have several Wisconsin cheeses.
I suppose you could get a sandwich without any cheese on it.
