I don't write many reviews but feel when a business goes above and beyond expectations they should be recognized. Jackie is simply wonderful and is the type of person that makes you feel like YOUR best interests are being considered. I purchased my engagment ring a month or so ago and I must admit it's one of the most beautigul diamonds I've ever seen (and my fiance agrees :-)). It wasn't exactly inexpensive but then again I was looking for something a little higher end. I compared all retail chains and several online options and STILL settled on Richards because of Jackie & Rich. She was upfront, candid and helpful (but not pushy) all while maintaining a profesisionalism that I found appealing. Everyone needs to make a living, them included and I felf the price charged was fair. I have no doubt they'll stand by it for years to come and we'll definitely go back for the wedding bands! Oh, and my fiance get's complimented on it every week!!!

Bought my girlfriends engagement ring here, and I wish I could give this place 10/5 stars. Great service, extremely friendly, accommodating, and very fair in regards to price.
