They not only battled thru the supply issues of our current times - but then held my materials for weeks on end while my contractor was working thru slowdowns of getting to my project. The icing on the cake - when I FINALLY took delivery they were here early the very next morning after I called to say I was ready!

Visited Crawford upon starting a Bathroom remodel project (needed Shower and Faucet fixturing). Wrote this note afterwards: "Hello Brian, We want to write you a short note of appreciation for stepping in on Tuesday afternoon to help Brandon work out the shower and bathroom fixtures we needed for our project (“Kathleen Project S8232950 / 70869”). You really did a great job of pulling things together which were available on short term, and met our needs and preferences. Without a doubt you saved the sale for Brandon, for Crawford, and of course for the benefit of our project."

I was in the showroom for at least a half hour and no one ever greeted me of asked if I needed help. For most of that time I was the only one in the showroom. The guy at his desk just sat there looking bored and staring at his phone.
