I was shocked at how my sister and I were treated at the deli. The lady helping us was extremely rude. She was angry because we rang the bell for service. She saw us approaching the deli and ducked in the back. We waited for a minute deciding what we wanted and she didn't come back out so we rang the bell. Boy was that a mistake. She was immediately rude. I will say store manager James said he would address the issue.

My favorite grocery store! Staff is wonderful, helpful and polite. Sushi here is awesome. Been coming here for years. Cake was priced different and they took care of it with no hassle or attitude. Love it!

Apparently you cannot purchase Gift Cards with Credit cards when that’s the only currency I carry due to benefits and security to the card users. But the assist manager told me they don’t take credit cards, only cash and debit cards to “protect” the users since Debit card requires Pin#. (So what if I had stolen cash? Will they not take it too? I digress) I talked to the Store Manager Seth and he said it’s store policy which I completely would understand. I purchased a $100 gift card Feb 22 at a different Price Cutter location with the same credit card. And nowhere in the store was a sign that informs the customer that. If that’s a true policy, please have that display so customers don’t feel like they are being discriminated and treated like they are a criminal when they are just trying purchase gift cards for raffles for their employees.
