Terrible customer service! The security locked the door in front of me stopping me from coming in at 7:45pm and the store doesn’t officially close until 8:00pm. UNPROFESSIONAL

The Chicago and Kedzie location. Now this is a nice place to shop. Always enjoy the experience.The store is nice, clean and orderly, and the staff is rather good at what they do as well. And I believe they deserve raises for above and beyond the call of duty type service at this location. These are the kind of employees that make a company look good. And it makes the visit even more pleasent because of them. I come from Southside to shop with these ladies and gents often throughout the year. And I'm on public transportation. The service is on point, the merchandise is always updated, and the whole store is usually orderly. Even on busy days, you can still see effort. And of course I appreciate that. This is one of my favorite places for shopping overall. So go, pay a visit to this location. You'll be fine shopping here. And to all of the employees at this location, keep up the great work in there. And God Bless.🙂😘
