This is a small family-owned park that sits right on the north shore of Big Bear Lake. They have 2 docks and a boat launch. They also have bike and kayak rentals. The park is well maintained and the family is very friendly and accommodating. Many of the lakeside spots are occupied by very friendly annual visitors. It's just a short walk to the lake from anywhere in the park. There is a large grassy common area with chairs, benches, picnic tables and fire pits. We camped at Lighthouse Trailer Resort in a Fifth Wheel. We never used our truck for transportation once we arrived. We rode our bikes everywhere. It's only 5 miles to the south shore with all the grocery, bars, restaurants, and gift shops. There is a walk/bike path most of the way and most of the streets have a bike lane. Across the street from the park is San Bernadino Natl Forest which also has biking and hiking trails. This is a big winter destination for skiing, but most everything was open for summer visitors. We rode our bikes for a wine-tasting and a few nice lunches on the south shore and picnicked and toured the Natl Forest daily

Nice family run park. Pull-thru site was plenty long and had picnic table and fire pit. Lovely park right on the lake with private docks. Beautiful grassy common area with fire pits and benches.

Just spent a lovely family reunion at Big Bear at this "Trailer Resort" called the Lighthouse, where glamping is defined by lilac bushes and fragrant Jeffrey pines, hot showers, wifi, horseshoes, rentable bikes/E-bikes/kayaks, and full time beach and marina access to Big Bear Lake, all at a 72 delicious degrees with soft puffs of breeze. Marvellous. Every need has been thought of and met. Wish I lived closer!
