Lot rent raised twice since I moved in maybe 3 years ago, soon it will no longer be a affordable place to live like the rest of the county. Bad water and the roads are left to ice over in the winter. Otherwise it's quiet and neighbors are ok. Still a better trailer park then most.

A great place to live. I lived there for 22 years and really liked the park. The staff were always friendly and very helpful . I made allot of friends in the community. I've lived in a few parks in my life Sylvan Glen was by far the best.

Was extremely interested in buying a 2022 home from here. Had my fiance call and try and set up an appointment for Saturday because I work weekdays and late. Was told they couldn't accommodate our schedules. The search ended there. Not sure how someone couldn't come in for a few hours to try and sell a $122,000 unit.

Lot rent is $405 a month
We do not have HOA fees. You only pay lot rent. That covers Water, sewer, trash and seasonal yard waste.
Depends on the size lot you rent and your home.
THEY did with the other owners but we have new owners & I think things have changed!

Plenty of open lots, lots of double wides and newer mobile homes. No garages, but only $407 a month.
We only have one lot that backs up to the park. We do not have any Lakeview lots. Those are also hard to come by. Please contact our office for any further questions during business hours.

Sylvan Glen doesn't rent homes, only the lot. Homes must be purchased.
You can look on thw website. Or go to the office. Most of the time you will see some for sale
