This is the best soul food restaurant I’ve been to in California. We had the jumbo shrimp, 1/2 chicken w/ grits & Gravy, chicken with fries, and peach cobbler. The service was prompt and they were very friendly and professional. I was really impressed with their facility; it was very clean and modern. We will definitely be back!!!

Gumbo fries!!! A must have… Chicken is Amazon… Fish was fire… I got extra chicken and fish to go!!! Never had such tasty soul food out here in the AV

Gumbo lobster fries, I will NEVER be back, I asked for the owner’s number do to how the cashier was treating me as a young black man, Nd instead he called security. Because my food wasn’t cooked right Nd I hade 2 orders. A CUSTOMER REFUNDED MY MONEY

Don't be so critical - ask YOURSELF - did McDonald's steal Jack's burger or In & Out copy Carl's. We all have the freedom to make the same food and call it our own. Yah' Figgah' Digg Meh'

What's the chicken batter made from ? or the grease was used to much, meat to grease, dark, shelf life rotation, do regular with a little kick of spice and you will be find. Does not matter that you just open, pre-plan everything.

Great!!!!...they are in compliance with rules.

The food was nasty it was early as hell waffles was soggy not done all the way I spent $103 dollars on food that was so early nasty never I will eat here again want my money back I had to throw the food away
