Nice for a weekend getaway...
Gerson Alegre
This is my story with Brightline Hello Drake My name is Gerson Alegre The reason for my email is to get immediate attention for mistakes from your company that are affecting me. I am a cancer patient that travels every day to Miami for radiation, I purchased a monthly pass for the month of August with the option to renew my pass for the following month. At the end of the first month I noticed my new pass was not automatically renew as I expected therefore I went to the Brightline station of Ft. lauderdale at that place around August 24th they asked for my card and they told me I had no funds however they swiped 3 times my card, after 3 times they asked me for a different card , I gave a second card and they told me the same at that time they swiped my card twice for a total of 5 times. To my surprise all the charges went through this happened almost a month ago . I talked to every person at the customer service counter and they all told me it will be resolved and they will call me the next day , needless to say that after almost a month I am still fighting for my money . I need a solution on this issue before I escalate this to the next level . All of your managers at both stations are totally useless. The woman at Miami, a latin lady, talked to me with such an attitude letting me know that she couldn't do anything . The one at Ft Lauderdale didn't even have the decency to come out to talk to me in person. Her name is Ajonie Sukan , she only asked one of the ladies at the counter to take my name , email and phone number . I am sure you have records of all the charges to my accounts but just to be clear, they were 5 times $ 189.05 for a total of $ 945.25 . I expect somebody to contact me ASAP to my number

Wow… can I give them 10 stars… How amazing is this experience… we got tickets for the first time… we went from Fort Lauderdale to Miami. The premier lounge was so relaxing…beers, wines, water, sodas, food platters, salad, snacks, charging areas everywhere. The smell and feel are amazing. The bathrooms are so clean everything so so clean. The attendants were so nice. I loved the scanning of items (TSA should take note) The other amazing thing are the rides 5 mile radius of the station. The cars are Tesla and amazing. The train ride wow, more food and drinks… I can’t even explain what an amazing experience we had. We arrived in Miami within 30 minutes and taken to our destination which we chose Calle Ocho. We explored the town and then were picked up and brought back to the station and once again received the vip treatment… what an amazing time…. Looking forward to all other stations in the future… worth every penny… (dollars) great way to save gas and stay stress free!

Sign says parking is complimentary for riders, otherwise $8 flat fee per day.
No you will need to go to a tri rail station, there is a quite a few more stations than brightline though, every few miles.
By the station lobby; not in garage.
Yes, carry-on luggage pay for parking on Extras
pretty sure there's no discount for handicap, so it's $120/mo
Very close. Its right next to the brightline station
I was told by Brightline staff when it reopened in Nov 2021 that parking would be free for the foreseeable future. I commute 3 times a week and have never paid for parking. Maybe call them to make sure.
a phone app. the info on the wall near the stars
There are specials that you can get contact them direct and they will let you know
In about 2 or 3 more years. I'm waiting for that too.
In Downtown Miami 600 NW 1st Ave
Yes there is. They patrol the garage throughout the night.
Go to www.gobrightline.com and all train arrival and departures are posted. They are on a set schedule and run several times a day.
The don't see why not
Yes
I don't see why not. You don't specify the time or the day .
Defaults to one way, but you can check round trip fare as well
Not sure. They have a shuttle, but I am not sure where takes you.
No. Loading/unloading zone
You can get the schedule on their website, it changes depending on day of week, but I'd say hourly on average
