Terrible attention from this place, by the Asian lady who attends the shoe department and the manager who attended me that day. They do not make returns of the shoes purchased when they come with manufacturing defects. There I left them as a gift. In addition to the contempt when you do not speak enough English.

Worst customer service ever ! I bought some men's clothes from the galleria store that was on clearance the associate told me it's a 3 days return I went the following day to the barton creek location to do the return because it didn't fit right they refuse to process the return. The receipt says 3 days return I asked for the manager her name was Priscilla she said at this location all sales are final she called the bee cave location and they admitted that they were saying 3 days return and they will return it but no she won't she wanted me to drive all the way overthere.

Bit weird that they have two different Dillards locations in the same mall & that only one of them has men's clothing. However, the selection and the staff were great.
