We have nothing but good things to say about the Walmart car care center in Sikeston Missouri. We were traveling down the interstate and had a stressful 20 miles of a horrible rattling sound. The oil change plate had come loose and was flopping and dragging. Robert was awesome and had us in and out in 5 minutes and didn’t even charge us. We are so grateful!!! The employees at the reception desk were wonderfully helpful also. Everyone involved was professional, kind, and courteous.

Went to auto care in Walmart to get an oil change, while I was driving home the skid plate fell off and started to drag the ground. When I had checked it I saw they took the bolts out and did not put them back in. I went back this morning to get them put back in, but they had just zip tied it back together. I called the manager and she told me to come back after I got off work and they would take care of it for me, but when I got there they informed me that they couldn't do anything for me and the shop was closed. They wasted my time and money and I will not be going back.

Horrible service waited 2 hours just for the guy to tell me they could change the tires on the driver side cuz of a stud missing and then tells me they can change my passenger side and then comes and tell me they can’t do that side of either because the tires I brought up there were over 10 yrs old
