Just left here, I was in 25 mins before close. 8:35. I know they close at 9 but never at any tropical smoothie has the “kitchen closed” I feel as if it was a staffing issue or just employees wanting to leave early and not have to do closing stuff after closing. Not great business practices in my opinion, I would have tipped him very well because it’s closer to closing time. I always tip but this time decided not to because truly there was not much service to tip for. Not being a Karen, my smoothie is good and the guy was nice but he already had his drawers counted, receipts done and wouldn’t allow me to order food. 😭

I would have gave them a zero rating.I bought two Smoothies and a Tropical flatbread and the lady automatically charge me a $3.07 tip. This Va is Va my second bad experience here , I will no longer come here…

My husband and I have been going to this establishment for over 2 years. During our last visit, the employees were talking amongst each other loudly using profanity in front of the customers, then one scolded another on how they were making smoothies and proceeded to have a contest on who could make the best smoothie. Heard the same type of discussion going on in the back where the food is made. Very unprofessional!

Was in the area picking up freight and needed something quick..and healthy while waiting to be dispatched in. Placed an order for the Peanut Paradise Smoothie, Thai Chicken wrap and the three cheese quesadilla. Everything was fresh and good, but I think I'm mostly impressed with the Peanut Paradise Smoothie...Well played TSC,well played..😌
