My order was lost by the shipping carrier - when I contacted riding warehouse over the phone the rep was very courteous and immediately sent out a replacement. Will definitely order from here again!

The website does not make it clear they are not open for business. If you order something online they've got a ship it there and then make arrangements for you to come pick it up. Drove a long way to find out that the guy behind the glass won't even talk to you and when you call you are connected to the east coast. When the local staff is too busy to talk to you. Save your gas and shop somewhere else.

I cannot say enough positive things about this business. I discovered them through the Amateur Hour horse podcast. They always have what I’m looking for, the customer service is great, and they offer free (fast!) shipping in California.
