It is so refreshing to walk into a store,that it is so obvious customer service is a priority. Chantel was working very hard, I felt bad bothering her. However her reaction was amazing. She walked through the store with me trying to find the perfect item. My job told me at the end of my shift that we should sport football apparel the next day. So she spent probably 20 minutes helping me. She was such a joy. Then when I checked out Amber helped, also very friendly. Thank for putting customer service first, it's rare these days. Great job ladies. Thank you!

I have always had a great experience at this store. My wife and I have done a ton of business here. I called yesterday to schedule a fitting for my new irons and Bruce in the golf department tells me to come in “after 3pm tomorrow”. I ask him if I need to make an appointment and he says no, “just come in”. I showed up at 3:15pm today and he tells me he is leaving in five minutes. “Can’t do it today.” He acted like I was late or something. I know one person doesn’t matter to a place like this, but I’ll never go back. There are plenty of other choices.

Ordered a pair of shoes that was out of stock in all local stores. Shipping was super fast under 3 says and was order was placed on a weekend. Highly recommend.
