After waiting in line behind at least 10 other people. Got to the window to pick my items up and she randomly said do you have an appointment and I said no because the email stated the pickup time was from 2 to 5 and appointments were only needed on Saturday. She then states that people with appointments come first and let at least seven other people jump out of the line and get in front of me. Absolutely disrespectful and rude not to mention I've been down here for other auction pick ups and that's not how it worked. My time is valuable. And I'm not going to wait another 30 minutes to pick up my items when I sat in line just like everybody else. thanks for saving me almost 80 bucks. Y'all might want to think about getting a second cashier so you can have two lines one for the people who apparently make appointments when it states it's not necessary and one for the line of people who show up like they're supposed to and wait in line. Or have a cashier that moves at a reasonable pace.

Best in the business!!! One of the hardest working families I've ever known. I have been attending their auctions for 14+ years and have seen them sell anything you can think of with honesty, integrity and their clients best interests in mind! As a seller I wouldn't trust my possessions or estate with anyone but Dunker Auction Service! As a buyer I wouldn't go anywhere else. I purchased a home from Dunker Auction Service a couple of years ago and they did everything they could to make the process as seamless as possible!
