Odyssey house has been a amazing place for me, I'm sober today because of the many people who are very caring, educated and encouraging. Genuine and non judgmental. Absolutely have my best interests and sobriety #1 top priority.

Avoid this place at all cost. I've gone twice and I cannot emphasize strongly enough how toxic the overall environment and staff are. I'd cry to my therapist who'd just end my session, there was staff sleeping with clients, favoritism, etc. Go anywhere else

This is one of the most sincere reviews I will ever do. I am 6 years sober in March it wouldn't be because of odyssey the staff, the relationship I built with my mother and I have two beautiful children in recovery( one is a odyssey baby) however I didn't make it through the whole treatment but I was there for 7 months and to be quite honest I had a extremely hard time. But I use everything I learned about my behavior and have changed my whole life around thank you odyssey staff. I was there april 2017 to December 2017. I hope anyone who is ready and can put the work in to receive the beautiful life I have created and gotten from the adult house and the program. It's true you see yourself best in the eyes of everyone else.

How long is the program for residential?

Mckaylee Porter | Oct 4, 2021
Odyssey House of Utah | Oct 4, 2021

Hello Mckaylee! Thank you for your question. The shortest our program length can be is 30 days. That said, we don't have a set time for program completion and it is based around the individual, their needs, and their progress in care. Some complete treatment faster than others, and we do not limit people who need a little more time in care as long as it is appropriate. Sorry for the long winded answer. The short of it is that it is based on each person. I hope that helps! Warmly, Odyssey House
