I interviewed 5 different companies before choosing Paradise Exteriors. Their staff was professional, did not pressure or seek to know who else was being considered. They were a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately delivery was affected by COVID-19 and supply chain issues Every couple of weeks I was contacted by Paradise to update me on the delivery issue. From salesman to measurer (2 times), office staff, and installers were knowledgable, friendly and we're helpful through every step. I would recommend Paradise for it's professionalism and its excellent product.

The windows are okay for the most part. However, the customer service is terrible. They WILL NOT return your calls if you have an issue also the communication with their employees is not possible. I would not recommend using this company.

Update-The installation crew was horrible! The sliders are difficult to open. I’ve had someone out three times and all they do is spray lubrication.
