Had a major issue with a tool I purchased from there I live pretty far away from the store. 3 and 1/2 hours, not only do the manager work very hard to contact me, he also went above and beyond to fix the issue. He took a very unhappy customer and made it right, when I buy from direct tools again it will be from this location and only this location because I know if I have any issues they will stand behind their product and they will fix it. Alot to be said for that, so if you're in the market for tools I would highly recommend this store at 2654 Teaster Ln Pigeon ForgeTN37863. There are two direct tools here in Sevierville but this one is worth the extra 5 min drive.

Good experience. Staff was helpful, they have reconditioned tools also
