FNBSM is a small banking system with a national chain feel. Due to its size, the interaction between staff and the customer is more personal and it shows in their work. When you bank here, you will feel like you are part of the family and the your needs are the bank's needs. Furthermore, for the introverts and people on the go, their app available for phones is well developed and easy to use. 10/10 would bank here again.

Walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile. Service was exceptional and all my questions and concerns were answered. Made me feel like I was at home. I would highly recommend this Bank to all my friends and family. However, you need to go in and experience it yourself. At First National Bank of South Miami, they didn't treat me like another customer as some larger Banks would. This was more of a personal one on one touch. If you need help with internet banking, they have a station at their branch where they can coach you and show you how to use their products.
