Staff is always friendly. I like that I can order online and they have it ready for pick up within an hour. They have a huge assortment of treats and food brands for the pups. Pet friendly too.

I had a bad series of events here one having to do with discounts and another having to do with customer service. I came in for my $15 off which I had on my online account but it was not pulling up for some reason. I was in the store for maybe an extra 10 minutes with a manager trying to help me get it figured out but they never could figure it out which I’m okay with but when I got home they forgot to put one of my paid items in my bag so I had to go back to the store on my day off to grab it. I was never offered an apology for this mistake. I also asked the manager why I didn’t get 50% off my dog treats because it was buy one get one 50% off and I guess she said that it was on the opposite side of the rack without a coupon code. I mentioned that it was confusing why they did that but still I was okay with the outcome just upset I paid for something full price when I didn’t attend to. I mentioned that this whole situation was a series of unfortunate events to the manager in a nice way and she didn’t apologize for anything and ignored what I said by petting another dog. 1 star because of customer service and I rather take my business elsewhere where I feel like people actually care to help make things right and actually offer solutions.

I've been shopping here since they first opened. As always, professional, friendly and well-stocked. Unlike most pet stores they don't sell the unnecessary animals that should never be sold in a pet store.

I have bought crickets for my gecko at this location.
There probably about 30 dollarsbc the harrness that i got for my Chihuahua ifit wasnt on sell it wouldve cost me 25 dollars

Always helpful staff and they always have staff when we go clean good prices
