My pet has food allergies that I made very clear to the owner. He mentioned that there might be “mild cross-contamination” which I accepted and went on with my purchase. I wanted to be safe so I checked the ingredients post-purchase on their website and came to find that everything he recommended and sold to me had the allergen in it. I made my needs very clear and they were unmet. My pet can’t eat the food and I can’t get my money back. I used to come here often but now I feel that they don’t listen to their customers. I’ll make the treats myself!
