I called the shop Mona put me on hold for 45 minutes called her on another phone gave her a valuable piece of my mind, telling her that she could say I am busy wcb not to treat me as chop liver. Needed estimate on my van gave 4 days later appointment, I can understand they are busy but the do not have to be lousy took my business somewhere owner called and apologized
