Yes, I believe they do. As long as their Jeweler is in. They've adjusted my watch bands before and I believe they have the tools to work on other pieces.

As far as I know the only clocks they repair are the ones you wear on your wrist! :)
They service high end watches so unless your watch has some proprietary pins in the band, you should be fine!
