If there was a negative star to give Scotty B and his staff for the type of treatment I received today I would. When it Washington get my car cleaned on the inside, I asked the young for a coworker who has serviced me before. However, I had forgotten the young guys name. I told the attendant I did not want to be service by him because the last time I was there he did not do a good job and my SUV had to be reserviced by his "boss" I assumed and another worker. Apparently he got offended and because rude and befan talking about me to his fellow co-workers. When his "boss" approached my vehicle I stated don't I have the right to be service by whom I choose? He instantly got disrespectful and told guys get her out of here. When I tried to pay for at least getting the outside done the "boss" told his employee not to take my money. I had to ask them to wipe the water off my car and I still left a tip. The workers (some) smoke, hygiene is less to be desired and that's putting it nicely, and very rude. This was my experience. When a customer pays and tips really well, the service MUST be impeccable!
