I thought this was a store front where I could pick up some items on my way through. It is an office an warehouse. They were nice and let me pick up what they had in stock. Advice call ahead for pickup it would work more efficiently. Thank you for helping g me any way and for letting me look at all the beautiful quilts in your office. Love Hansiquilter. check how old your thread is - also some cottons shred easily and then break - better with a poly or poly combination
I'd call tech support just to be sure.
It is extendable to 18 in width. But length is set at 5 ft.
