New to Slc /Utah and happened to look up butchers and noticed you. It was the closets , so I decided to come visit. Wow. They were so kind to make me a sandwich even though they don’t normally it at the time I arrived. I get off work at 4:30 . Amazing sandwich. Nice and welcoming staff. I got some liver , cheese and a sandwich. I’m so glad to be so close . Thank you for the welcome. It hasn’t been the best experience living here, but you really made a difference to me today. Many blessing to your business.

This is our go to butcher shop. Phil is a five star butcher, well versed in his craft and puts his customers needs first. Quality cuts, Porchetta is outstanding as is the charcuterie, sausages and cheeses. Great customer service.

The absolutely best cut of beef I have ever had the pleasure of grilling! Great friendly service too!

I didn't see a y when I was there. One thing I can tell you is the meats are very expensive and they really dont have much! I will not go there again.
Outdoor pickup only. Everyone in line wears masks and spaces out accordingly.
Their selection changes with the seasons, so you'd do better to just call them.
If by fresh you mean pork belly i believe they do(you may have to ask the butcher when there). If you mean freshly cured bacon then yes as well. They have hog bacon and beef bacon depending on stock.
I've never seen lamb's head at Beltex.
Yes
They sell duck only occasionally and I've never seen goose. But worth giving them a call to ask.
Occasionally, but not regularly. I got rabbit last week from the chinese supermarket on state street around 3400 south.
Hi Rosie, they do not clean ducks there. They only handle the meat they buy.
Yes, it’s a heritage breed pork raised locally. It’s incredible!
No, only retail cuts
Never seen it on the menu but if you ask, they may acquire.
