Went to pickup steak today and was told to come back in 40 min because they were going to start a meeting Really? So customers don’t come first here? Won’t go back will do my shopping at Synders

I ordered a good amount of chicken for a church party. They were very helpful to make sure I had the right amount for the people I was serving. The only issue is I was told it would be ready at 7 am, assuming they would prepare it the day before, but it was not ready. They made it right and rushed my order, since I live an hour away from their location. Every business will have communication errors, it's human nature. I am glad they, without blame, took care of the issue in a professional and friendly way. They were very easy to work with and very helpful, even when there was a problem. They were very competitively priced as well. I will use them again!

I will not go to this place again, yesterday my husband bought a bag of chicken wings and they were in spoiled! He could not realize why the package is sealed, but when we opened it the smell was very strong, we washed them thinking that sometimes the chicken smells strong but No, even so we tried to cook them because we could not believe it and no, like this the ugly smell also came out! It is not fair that this happens !!!
